A conceptually very coherent and German gastronomy u. Hotel business with a penchant for regionality and good handmade cuisine with attention to detail. A well-structured and manageable menu that leaves nothing to be desired. Different menus are always offered for this purpose. To the surprise of my last visit there was a sorbet made from Krenkinger Mirabellen together with my own gin, which I gave Daniel to try. Thank you very much. In addition to the authentic cuisine, there is their own beer and soon again their own schnapps. I look forward to the next visit.

We took a break on the drive through and haven't regretted it. We were very pleasantly surprised, very fine food beautifully presented and extremely friendly staff. Can recommend a visit to everyone. You won't be disappointed here.

Actually you shouldn't recommend this hotel at all, otherwise you will run into problems in the future because it is always fully booked. It is really an insider tip, quiet location as a base for great excursions. The rooms are very nice and the best part is the amazing food here. Everything is freshly prepared, even the fish fingers for the children are homemade. Vegetarians also get their money's worth with great menus or individual dishes! Delicious! The price / performance ratio is right, the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Again any time!

Chef Daniel Frech cooks simply brilliantly: creative, visually appealing and tastes first class. The fish variations and desserts are outstanding. Not to forget the excellent home-brewed beer. Our room was also great: spacious, chic and cozy. I can highly recommend this inn.

Centrally located country hotel with a mixture of traditional dining room, modern winter garden, terrace and vaulted cellar for celebrations. Suitable for families with and without children, good starting point for hikes. Very competent, friendly and helpful staff, with tips for hikes, shopping or the vignette-free journey to the Rhine Falls. The food is a dream, with or without meat, the desserts, a poem. Highlight: the Friday menu! Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, I cannot share the good reviews about good cuisine. The best were the spaetzle. Red cabbage not to my taste and lukewarm, the venison strips without spices, the little sauce underneath was lukewarm. Every housewife can do better. Too bad.

Recommended - very nicely renovated hotel in the center of this small village. Located on the thoroughfare, so slightly busier traffic. We found the rooms very pleasant, and especially the kitchen was really great. Very tasty food every day, as well as breakfast (half-board). Price quality very good. Rooms very spacious, bathroom slightly smaller (1pers). No air conditioning and no fridge in the room (we miss that almost everywhere on a walking holiday with the family in the summer). Location quite southern if you want to visit the more popular places. Top state brewery Rothaus in the neighboring village. And walks to the skate. Next time we will also cross the border ... on foot!

Nice little restaurant in the Black Forest region of Germany. Very few vegetarian choices but lots of meat and sausages. Nice beer Keller in the basement.

Who would have thought: far out in the country there is a hospitable oasis with the Posthorn. The sympathetic boss personally opens the door. And he cooks. So in the kitchen. Home cooking at its best. From regional, partly Demeter ingredients are compiled down-to-earth and creative menus, from which the guest can pick out individual courses. The service is friendly and attentive. Here you feel good. It has a luscious dessert menu. But even the simple scoop of ice cream for dessert is refined with a freshly made caramel waffle. My room was very comfortable. Enough space for suitcases and bags. A funny checkered linen accentuates the modern country house character. If you really want to complain, you can mock on the non-existent fridge or the small sink in the somewhat narrow, but perfectly equipped bathroom.

Big and clean room. The owners are great. Food 10 They can speak Spanish too.

Had a great experience. Menu was great and not too expensive. Service was very good and didn't have problems with several "special" orders.
